Hotel was clean and functional with gentle staff and magnificent location close to restaurants. We stayed in a new-fashioned double room with water from the shower, shampoo, for example.

This hotel was pleasant, with helpful service and incredible location right opposite the station. All the staff was accommodating and affable and we had a smooth check in. The view from double room was great.

The staff are gentle and the room is high standard and air conditioned with "balcony ".

The venue is ideal, food is good, incredible location close to the bus stop for various airports close to Milan. The rooms are well furnished and extremely pleasant with disfunctional shower, the terrace-great view, bathroom and the staff are brilliantly helpful. The interior is modern and design is nice. Good service, the breakfast is perfect. They offer extras like pillows too.

This place deserves more than 4 stars, it has air conditioned rooms and serves amazing breakfast. Plus, the location is particularly good and unbeatable, minutes from Milano Centrale railway. They serve lots of meals, the food I tried was outstanding!

The breakfast was pretty decent, a huge variety of great food. The rooms were unique and tidy, equipped with a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The location of this place is absolutely fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the central train station. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city and also catch my train for further travels. The Metro station was also right there, making it even easier to get around. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room itself was well-appointed and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which ensured a peaceful and uninterrupted night's sleep. The amenities provided in the room, such as the mini-bar and in-room safe, added that extra touch of luxury.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city. The location, service, and room amenities provided here are top-notch.

Polite staff, helpful, clean.

It really is very basic. I was advertised from 200 Euro to 60 Euro special offer for a single room. This creates the expectation (obviously) that you are getting a great deal with a room that is normally sold for 200 Euro. There is no way anyone would ever pay 200 Euro for that room. In fact, the 'special' price of 60 Euro is probably more like the normal price. I recommend Booked.net to check out the hotel themselves and decide for themselves. I think they will agree.

The venue is clean, with magnificent location just next door to train station and town center, railway station and subway station and Centrale and Metro. The room is well furnished, comes with the terrace-great view and disfunctional shower.

The staff were accommodating and amiable, everything was excellent. The breakfast was perfect and gorgeous, had fresh meals.
